[Wanted] 20 or so Twitter accounts

Looking for 20 or so Twitter accounts. They should have the following username syntax: username___ (e.g. usernameorange, usernameblack, usernamepink and etc). I require profile photo, background photo, link in bio (non-cloaked), bio with description (will provide) and etc. Each account should come with 3000 followers, and should only follow each other (e.g. username orange should only follow usernameusernameblack, usernamepink and etc).
I plan to use FollowLiker to promote and it must be compatible. I plan to use IFTTT to auto-post to Twitter (from WordPress).

I plan to use my personal domain as the email (e.g. usernameorange at myprivatedomain com). Would that be an issue?

Would autoposting from IFTTT be an issue due to sharing IP addresses?

Would I be better of using proxies to create Twitter accounts and skip the actual purchasing of them?

If you create the accounts yourself you need to phone verify them. Otherwise you will have limited number of actions. Don't think it will go away.

You more than likely won't get what you're after because you're expecting way too much. And if someone does do it you will probably have accounts with fake followers, so they might as well be at 0.

I suggest you stop this before you get a mass ban, not only are you getting followers. But if you follow each other, the twiter team will find out. You dont have to listen to me, but I suggest you do...
