Anything that is done manually, can easily be overridden. And I am sure account reopens are done at the discretion of the employee handling the case. Basically, the employee has a checklist, and needs to ask the customer those things in order to comply with company policy. Unless someone here has actually worked at Paypal within the last 6 months, I have no reason to believe your information over the OP.

Did you ever work at PayPal?

Well as a new employee at a paypal CALLCENTER you aren't allowed to tell somebody on the phone WHY his account is banned. So why should you be able to unlock it?

Its possible and you might not go to jail for it. The kicker is that you really need to do your homework on this. If its trackable then its probably not realistic idea. If paypal doesn't really watch and lets the new associates open up closed accounts then it would work. If paypal ever finds out they'll probably just fire the employee and move on.

Lol, because paypal doesn't have billions of dollars and the top lawyers in the world to sue you or anything...

Because nothing will stop you, you'll find a break i'm sure about that but once you've discovered it, you will keep using it until you get busted.

You feel strong because of your past experience(s), you think you are smarter and nothing can stop you.

I know that because i've been here while i was younger.

If you wanna hear my story, i've been caught twice, the first no consequences. The second god or something helped me. The layer, my family, my GF thought i would go to jail with tremendious fees. The company i was stealing from wished to make me an exemple so they push everything to the maximum.

"Luckily", I've been hit by a car the day before the court judgement, i should have died in the process (head through speedy car's glass then hit the road 20 meters further).
I had almost nothing but enough to get some empathy from judges the day after...

Since then, i have sticked to the regular path and i won't go down that road ever again. (BH doesn't count )

What i'm saying is not to brag about something i'm not proud about, but it is to make you realize that you'll face troubles, even if listening to others stories is useless until you commit your mistake, try to read through the lines and be really smarter.

It may not be for the Paypal thingy, neither the next thing, but that road will get you sloppier and sloppier and once you get caught, you are going to wish that you quit.

Don't mess with big companies which has no feelings, no pitty and they will press max charges ...

Abysse the one thing about your story which makes no sense is that regardless of any injuries you still broke the law, you would still go to jail and get fees unless the company decided to stop pressing the charges. IF the company were still pressing the same charges, you would get the same punishment...

A call center job will not give you admin power over PayPal accounts

With these tier2 call center jobs, you only get the power to use canned responses, blame the user to get some time, and escalate to someone with just a little bit more priviledges.

Well tbh, i don't care much whether you believe it or not, i owe you pretty much nothing. Don't debate over some X factors you don't know about.

The story, experience, lie, whatever you want, was dedicated for OP whom his thought process is wrong and it will eventually catch him one day or another.

Your hostile response pretty much proves that you're lying, I know having an injury will not affect the illegality of your actions thus your punishment remains the same (assuming the company is still pressing charges).

Your story is irrelevant to me, I'm just saying that there is no way a court would treat you differently because you have an injury, it makes no sense at all since both of them are not related at all. What the judge is like "Sorry Mr Company but because the defendant had an injury, this case is no longer valid, the fraud he committed against you never happened!"

edit - Awww you edited your post to try to make me look like the bad guy to change the subject, hilarious. There is no judge that would change the outcome of a case so drastically just because you were in a car accident, it just doesn't happen.

Also you cannot move on either, hence you keep replying to my posts .
