Want to start Turnkey Site,.. Need Help

Hi,..

just cross in my mind want to build a turnkey site based on wordpress (it is possible..?)
this site running for youtube service such as ;view, like, share, dislike, comment (and there's a change will add another service),.. customer can purchase with minimum 1000 view..

any idea what template should I do or you have better solution,.. I'm currently looking for kind a wordpress template.

Did u tried bee tube theme... its best one for video tube site..
