Want to start learning web dev,Need your advice.

Hey guys,If i want to master wordpress i should learn how to code with html css etc first or learning how to use wordpress before coding?

You don't even know how WordPress works!
In my opinion, i would say learn how wordpress works (you can get a free hosting on 000webhost).

At same time start learning HTML & CSS.

Then Learn Wordpress after HTML & CSS.

I don't really understand where you got the idea that i don't know how wordpress works,I kinda do.

Its rather simple to be honest and i can pull off a decent site.

But i don't think i can fully utilize it without knowing code
