want to start fanpage design

hello lovely members,,,i repost a second thread after the first one, i'm sorry for that but i'm confused and still need some help.....i am very tempted by starting an offline adventure,,and i've choosen the fanpage design services,why?cause i was to do something different than mobile design,website or other services with thousends antousends of fanpages on our friend FACEBOOK!
i will contact prospects only by email or directly on facebook witch i think is better but have some questions:

-has anyone ever made some cash designing facebook pages?
-what are the right pricings?
-how to convince prospects to take this service?is it just explian the need of a nice design to impress their visitors and explain the need of a like to revel tab?
