If a site has no earnings, it's most likely as valuable as the registration cost.

Usually a site is sold for what it earns in like 10 months ... soo .. 0 x 10 ... = 0 . Congrats

It Should go for registration cost+ Content Cost and aged some amount for that , If not making any money.

Niche main keyword "best acoustic guitar" 5400 visit / moth, KC 31.
Total investment cost: $165 to buy SEO services and content.
Details and income:
- Niche content purchased 8, SEO manually 1 time
- 5/2014 - 2/2015 month $11, I leave the site during this time
- 3/2015: $10
- 4/2015: $43 (buy 7 content SEO package $30 + 1 $96 instantly from #255 kw Main -> #17) and many other kw down very fast (detailed in the figure below)
- 5/2015: $6: '(its not enough funding to develop more and need money to want to sell.
GA May 1200 visit / month, an average of 13 months = 338
The basic parameters: Trust Flow = 16, Citation Flow = 22; Page Authority = 22, Domain Authority = 13, mozRank = 4.3

The biggest selling point on flippa is how much the domain is making.
It simply has to make cash so a buyer can justify spending an amount on it.
He might figure iof its earning x dollars, "I can easily double or triple that" and on that basis alone, make an offer
