How proficient are you at Photoshop?
If not very, you need to learn to use the tools inside Photoshop. You can then apply those skills plus your natural creativity to design flyers (and any other media). You probably won't find "design flyers youtube course" that will be any good because it's very personal. Even templates are pretty customized once complete.
TLDR Study Photoshop tutorials and flyer design will come. Practice makes perfect.

You should learn photoshop and try to make exact copy of free template first and then try to create new

Goto udemy.com there are a lot of free courses in every faculty, find the course you want to learn and start learning online.
