Your host will have templates or some software programs available possibly some for free. Poke around and good luck. The first page should be called index.htm - that's the page ppl will see when they type in your domain.

Tell us who your host is, and hopefully we can find a guide for you on installing WordPress (or other content management system) to make your life easier.

But, guys, I don't want to use templates. I want to design my webpage writing codes.

So I have to make a page and name that page as index.html (suggested by stecherz)?

But after making that page where do I save that page on Cpanel?

Learning just basic coding is so complex. You cant find the answear on forums. You have to read books, watch tutorials, download software. And thats not all..You have to know how to work with images and graphics using graphic software and then implement them to your code and directories. This can takes weeks.
I sugest you to go to any torrent site and download LYNDA - learning HTML. Watch it. This videos will give you the idea What is coding a website all about. And then, you will install wordpress and use some nice template and you will be happy owner of professionaly looking site SEO friendly :D
    Good luck
