Want to know before buying a GMB listing.

I have seen many sellers here offering GMB listing service, but what do they do? Like as a buyer, i just need to tell you my website and niche then you will make listing from it? Or is there anything that i am missing? Also, what address do you use? Can you use 1 address more multiple business?
