Want to JV with US native for cold calling

Here's the situation :

I have a website sitting at the top of the keyword "place name + mortgage" , and the same keyword gets fairly good searches according to google keyword tool.

So i was thinking to jv with someone from US , who would be calling local mortgage companies about either renting the website or selling it to them.
and the info on local mortgage companies can be found on yellow pages.

It could result in good profitable venture.

So if someone interested , PM me .

An alternative would be to monetise with CPA offers. That could bring in good money too since mortgage offers pay good.

and profit would be shared as 50-50

I can cold call for you, i even get free long distance with verizon.

lol, I sold a few cars making cold calls back in the day. if I can get a person to spend 20k on a car I'm sure I can get a business to bite on a good website.
