Put your money away before you lose it. This isn't a business where $10k is going to get you guaranteed numbers like that. It's absolutely a place where you can burn $10k with very little return if you don't know what you're doing and you're not going to get that experience with a reply to a forum post.
You might as well put it all on the roulette wheel.
If you want to invest in niche sites without learning the business look at investing in something like Empire Flippers funds (no affiliation). I think the minimum investment is higher than $10k but the site will be run by someone who knows what they're doing.

Browse to marketplace. Find good websites for sale and you have revenue streams for $10K.
Motion Invest is a good place to look, much better than Flippa.

As many others have pointed above it all starts with YOU. No point on investing in a restaurant despite of it being a money machine when you have never even walked into your own kitchen at your home ever.
