al rounder means i need an intelegent person not like mane peopel here in bhw pacakages people

The reality is that anybody you hire is unlikely to be an SEO Expert and a Graphics Designer and an Email Expert and a Tech Guy, they will probably specialise in one area and outsource other work.
It actually sounds like you are looking for an agency type service where they take care of everything but that will be more expensive than hiring a Jack of All Trades type guy.
You need to work out how cost effective an agency would be for you, how much is your site making, how much can it be increased, what is the budget that you have available? etc

Be careful and carry out thorough Due Diligence on anybody you hire. Ask yo see previous examples of work and ask to speak directly to previous clients.
Just because somebody says they are an expert doesn't mean they are.
