I do not care how it is coded, I just need a high quality, web designer/graphic designer, who can efficiently and cost effectively make me a new site, based on a site I already have. I want someone who is cutting edge and not the cheapest guy on BHW. This project needs to be completed in 2 weeks or less and also if you have shopping cart implementation experience, that would be a huge plus. The niche is social media services. Please PM me either your site or at least some examples of sites and a rough quote for a 8-10 page site.
P.S. I am not a coder, so I do require that the designer work with me to allow me to learn enough about the build of the new site so I can make price changes and minor changes myself after completion of work. I do not want to be bound to you forever, in other words.
