want to hide and protect website from ddos

hello
i am running warez website with DMCA ignore hosting and domain is also registered with private registrar
i want to hide my website's ip address to protect from ddos attack and hacker because recently i faced that issue.
can you tell me cloudflare or any other like ddos-gaurd will not banned my site if they get dmca ?
if they will only send complain to hosting then no problem because my hosting is dmca ignore.

I know that Cloudflare does not block the site. It only passes notifications to the service provider. Also, ddos-gaurd does not care about notifications, but its prices are a bit high. There is also Serverius and they have a free plan.
