i have a couple of sites that i own that i intentionally want to get deindexed. what is the easiest/fastest way to do it, besides sending people to get a virus, i dont want to harm anyones computer (not that there are actual visitors)

You can do it via webmaster tools url removal.

Just add nofollow:noindex tag on your webpage. If your site is created via wordpress I think there's a plugin that will give solution to your problem.

do what the guys above said at the start, put the site into google webmast tools (if not done already) and as you own the site you can request it be deindexed.

Usually they action it within 24 hours

If you had this kind of deletion power outside of server access your competition would would be on the fast track to internet heaven.

So I doubt you can anything other that what is suggested above (heaven pun not intended) :)
