Want to get a youtube video deleted

Hi
there is a video on youtube
showing me taklking to a tv show, and talking about goverment
The uploader isn't the channel itslef so it is just for views

and the title for it is getting me in danger , and it is starting to build up views
i might get in prison for it if not removed

What can i do to get it removed

The channel that uploaded the video isn't the owner of the clip
so can the tv channel give them a copyright strike and remove the video ?

Yes since the channel is the owner they can ask youtube to remove the video for copyright.

What are they supposed to have/provide for youtube to the video to get removed?

If they won't remove the video, head over to a shitty quality views provider in the marketplace and it won't be long until it's pulled.
Failing that, did you email the channel owner and ask to have it pulled?

If you are the person in video you can take it down.... Just follow the procedure of how to take a video down on youtube
unless you signed a model released doc and you gave up your rights
