So just thought i should post this. I kinda know a marketing campaign which has potential to make $50k a month but i am procrastinating and stuck at just $5k a month with that particular campaign. Ofcourse scaling it to 10x will require 10x efforts too but i really need to stop procrastinating and make it happen. How to stop procrastinating and just do it? Need a word of motivation or some guidance because i am facing some business issues too related to this business as i lost a big money recently due to a mistake but now i really want to expand since i have been procrastinating with this business for over a year now and not able to expand as i got distracted with non important stuff too like traveling and partying which i have decided to quit now. I think i have mild ADHD too so it has also been an issue when it comes to not being able to focus on expanding this business.
Whats stopping me from expanding?
1) Will need to hire 20 new people and i am having hard time managing 5 employees right now
Potential solution : Hire a manager and train him to manage all 20 people
2) Need to get a big office space
3) Will have to treat it like a real business, its not a set and forget campaign, will require efforts.
4) Investment in accessories like 20 laptops, computers etc
5) Payment processor issues, since paypal is not gonna like it once we cross $10k a month in revenue.
6) Trust issues with the employees working for me, thinking that they might steal my idea.
7) Till today i was lacking motivation, but now i have decided that i am gonna make it happen no matter what but i need to find a solution to all my concerns somehow which has been blocking me from expanding. Just writing this thread actually made me realize all the things/issues which stopped me from expanding.
So i am posting all this just so i know how to deal with issues and move ahead and as well as get some advice from experienced members. I feel like i should move this to IM Journeys section.
