Want to create MLM network

OK. I know that "ponzi scheme" is ilegal so I want to start MLM scheme like Herbalife...

In "ponzi scheme" people must buy membership and recruit more members... In MLM scheme people must buy product and they will get membership for free - also they get percent from sailes of their customers...

So I have few questions

What to sell? - I don't have anything that will gonna sell to others...The main problem is if I want to sell laptops then all people will find that laptops with lower price... I need something that can be sold ony buy me and my members or I want lower price for something... I know Herbalife is about 10$ and in my country price is about 40$.. Herbalife concept has 5 levels I think. But the thing here is "You can buy HL only from independent distributors"

Where to host this? - I think NL will be gr8 but u can suggest...

Should I have problem with paypal? - I will have a lot of activity so I ask

It looks like your asking us to give you a multi million dollar idea.

YOU have to find the product, YOU have to do the research, YOU have to promote this MLM network.

Starting a MLM network takes money, a lot of it.

You have to purchase/manufacture the product, hire workers, advertise, etc.

if everything you do is completely legal based on what differs between an mlm and a pyramid/ponzi scheme you can host wherever you want and paypal shouldnt be an issue either although i would recommend u find a way to accept credit card over paypal as paypal is annoying to deal with sometimes
product wise u would need to figure that out based on demand and prices u can get

Can I just take product that already exist and then sell it with MLM scheme... Something like - Apple does not work with MLM scheme.

Want to make something like 5 Level scheme... You buy product for 15.99... When U sell product you get 5$. When your customers sell product they get 5$ and u get 4$. Then u got 3$, 2$ and 1$...

1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 15$ - 0.99 cents goes for server, transaction fees and other....

So I "can make" my own product and sell it for 15.99$ OR can I take product from somewhere, add 15.99 to price and then if something worth 10$ my network will sell it for 25,99... I will give away 10$ to manufacturer and 15.99 will split on 5 levels...

Starting your own enterprise is a great idea jovica888, but I would suggest you start promoting someone else product, that way you can learn how to be good at MLM and earn the necessary money to start your own business.
