I mostly used wordpress and socialengine so not much into coding
want to create app and social network in android but using free or nulled code
any idea?

Check some of the websites that offer this kind of code, watch a few tutorials on reskinning and you should be able to do it.

Not allowed to promote websites here, just google search and I am sure you will find.
 
Just make sure there is no malware in the code. Had bad experience using nulled/cracked
 
Did you check free app generator on Google? There are many, most of them paid (even if you search for a free one) but plans start from $10-20 per month which is nothing compared to what you actually get.
 
Your chances of developing a decent app with no coding experience are pretty low, even using nulled software will require coding knowledge to make changes.
