One advice from me: Look out for false PR domains. Some people make 301 redirections to high-PR sites and after next update Google gives that PR to redirecting domain. Then they change redirection to "normal" content and it looks like site has it. Watch out for domains with False Page Rank!
i have a pr2 few years old 5 letter .net - not sure what is is worth. I was wanting to do a article directory on there but have not had time. This is real pr2 over time
