Spamming post continuosly like that will get you banned. Post quality content replying to people instead.

Hey mate,

Yes Its quite ridiculous the rules behind this though. I don't honestly see why they have to have this 60 second gap between posts and also a minimum of 15 posts before being able to send a PM. If they have bad users then maybe make the registration process a little more tighter than entering an email address/ Password and clicking submit.
