But they are can double or triple their earnings with 6 or 10 months, so your offer must be double or triple ))
 
Small websites are always sold on their present price. Secondly more chances are that the earning may be reduced.

I don't know where you heard that. Most websites are sold for x6-x12 of their monthly income.

I don't know where you heard this from; I personally sold my last 2 websites for 20x to 27x the monthly earning. I will never sell a genuine website for 6x.

OP, you can go to flippa, empireflippers etc, and see if you can buy a legit site for that amount.
 
Thanks a lot. I am spending one hour on flippa, half an hour on DP but i could not find a single website earning 100 to 200 $ from adsense. Either, they are earning way to low, or way to high. Still looking.
If website is good i can pay upto multiple of fifteen times.
 
The amount a site goes for depends on how much earning history, and how stable the income is I guess. But to me it sounds like flippa is your best bet. Or look at sites for sale section in marketplace.

This is pure niche targeting. This is how it works:

1. You provide your website.
2. He identifies the niche and how easy it is to beat your site with a new site.
3. He responds with a low offer which if you accept is a great deal for him, and if you don't accept then he still knows the niche and can target that niche with his own new site.

I could be wrong but that would be my angle if I started this thread.
 
Make sure you do your research.. Flippa is notorious for website selling scams!
