i want to buy a dedicated server to run about 100+ vps

these vps are with low resources to run hitleap ...

tell me prices and i need help to setup vps on dedicated server ... ( i'm new to this subject )

Good providers would be hetzner maybe, or server complete.
I would suggest Windows, hyper-v and you can then configure and run all your vms easily.....
 
For you @OP ovh.com can be good option. They sell IPs with one time fee and they are direct seller (not reseller). They own few datacenters in Europe and 1 i Canada.

When it comes to vpses - these vpses will be on linux or windows? Windows is more resource hungry so it can be hard to put 100 windows vpses on 1 server so if you want windows vpses prepare for few houndreds bucks.

With 100+ VPS's, you'd need 100+ IP addresses. Unless hitleap is compatible with IPv6 addresses, and you manage to find a hosting provider that sells IPv6 addresses only with its VPS's, the eventual costs are quite high. If you're looking for an affordable solution, try out the LET marketplace. I have seen IPs go for very cheap there.

I also think that OVH is the best option for this.
 
I was use onliveserver. so bro don't use onliveserver. because onliveserver is scam site.
onliveserver working team is providing fake service. and cheating only for money
 
Dedicated servers and VPS are two different terms don't confuse with it. Since you need for 100+ servers, make sure that the hosting company you are going to approach is standard. Don't go for cheap one instead go for reliable one.
