i wanna build a new application.

can someone reccomand me on a good web to do it or a good software/program that i can work with to build my app?

im looking for something that its easy to use..

Building from scratch would take you long time, better buying an existing source code on Chupamobile. If it's IOS you'll need to learn some Xcode Basics. You also have the option of outsourcing the development on websites like Odesk(upwork).

You'd probably be better off outsourcing the developer on Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

Use Android Studio it is free but you need to learn the commands and it will takes month to set up a big app.
best you start your programming with the 200 tutorials of the newboston on YouTube.
