Want to begin Affiliate Marketing with Supplements

I want to start an affiliate marketing enterprise centered around supplements. I'm really new to this whole thing of affiliate marketing so I'm wondering what the best way for me to be successful off this is. Should I make a website dedicated to reviews of the supplements and then have an affiliate link after each article or is there a better more effective way to do this?
