read every post here focus on the white and black seo sections.
nobody is going to spoon feed you. You have to learn and educate yourself.
start doing projects join up with others on a JV and learn...
join all of the other forums out there and read read read...
keep doing that and after some time and experience then you will be an expert.

Start a blog, within 2 weeks you should be able to achieve guru status with such giants as Matt W, Charlie Floate and many others who we all give lots of fucks about.

People learns differently. In the forum you will find a good of information. If you gooogle you also will find many resources available to learn basic information. One of the key problems is you will not find every thin in one place. I have found it saves my time in learning when I buy books where information/lessons are presented in sequence. I also go like video course. I would suggest you buy some books/course on udemy, read BHW stuff. This will help you to create a foundation. But you will become expert if you practically apply what you have learnt. You either need your own blog or do work for some others to become expert.

Start by reading the Moz blog, and analyize well established websites with SEMRush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, etc.
Then you have to go trial by error. Create a new website, tweak everything in the code and file sizes so it is fast and search engine optimized, and then finally start getting backlinks.

Search about your topic in Google and find most relevant videos and blogs and learn about SEO to watch videos and read blogs and articles about SEO.

You know what happens when you try to teach a kid how to ride a bike without him having one ? They won't know what the hell you're talking about. I hope you already created a website and realized that it's empty and lonely as an old cave. You will then begin to ask yourself; how can I get vistors. You will google that and you will soon find out that you can either pay for traffic or get it for free from the Mr google! But,Mr google is not always generous . You seem to be a newebie and so was I. If you were lucky enough to find out that SEO is something people learn, you will ask yourself; why the hell would someone learn SEO? Then you'll find out that they learn seo to get organic traffic and make money with their website and Since this includes having a website. Go get one if you don't have it.
