Want to be a IPTV reseller

The only thing is i have checked all out on google and i dont want to put all my savings to become a re-seller.
A few years ago i found a IP TV distributor that offered a re-seller account whit the option to first gain money from the customer and after that buying the credit to resell.
They called it pay as you sell so it was a win win deal but they dont exist today so wondering if any one have a solution for me to resell IP TV with out making deposit as i am a student i dont have unlimited founds.

So if any on have a solution and want to help me pleas give me an hint and drop me an PM

To bring in some money, Books and other are not for free.

LOL. All i'm saying is, big companies don't like people stealing their shit. And would have no sympathy bringing civil and criminal charges to you, making your degree worthless.
