Hello, which is better, 30 private proxies with latency around 300 ms or 60 private proxies with 600 ms latency?

Does the internet speed affect the proxies' latency? i.e. faster internet speed would lower down proxies' latency.

P.S. I use my proxies to run Scrapebox

    Thank you!

600 milliseconds is pretty bad if you're scraping or posting. so is 300 for that matter. I woud say go with the 30 proxies but then again I haven't used scrapebox yet. I'm not sure if scrapebox lets you increase thread count. If it does then you could go with the 30 proxies and compensate for the extra latency by increasing thread count.

I would rather have the 60 proxies. Gives you twice as many connections. There are other places you'll experience latency, not just on the proxy.

Thank you guys for your opinions!

@FuManChu yes Scrapebox allows us to increase the thread count

@BHopkins are CPU affects the latency?

    cpu does not affect latency.
