Am I posting in right section ?

First thing "Where can I ask how to use blackhatworld forum ?", "What type of content where to post?"

In BHW my first target is learn content writing. In This from some sub forms about content and article.
1. content/copywriting in marketplace (I know only Jr. VIP can Post : Not now for me)
2. Copywriting & Sales Persuasion in White hat SEO
3. Associated Content & Writing Articles in making money

I think last two may be helpful me to learn and start earning from content writing. No 2 for learning and No 3 to earning. Am I right ?
I subscribed last two sub forums.

if you can't figure such a simple thing, sorry, you won't probably have a change in the blackhat or whitehat

Just read the rules and search the forum, very often, threads related to a particular subject are relevant to other topics and may be found in other sub-forums but the good news is you can search, single posts also have a lot of info sometimes.
