Want some expert opinion regarding proxies!

It depends on what you want to do with them. For simple scraping tasks datacenter proxies are still fine - I can scrape Google SERPs with datacenter proxies, albeit at a slow rate and with careful rotation. If you're looking to scrape Instagram profiles en-masse for example, then you'll probably need something cleaner and looking to come from a proper ISP. It all boils down to how much the data you're wanting to scrape is worth to the providers, and how much work they've put into protecting from scrapers.

I agree with the sentiment that it depends. What do you need it for, what's your setup like. Because Mobile proxies serve a specific purpose, and with proxies you want to have the ones you actually need for your specific uses. Depending on what it's for, mobile proxies might be overkill, or might be just what you need. So a lot of things to consider for each kind.
