Want seo site?

Hi all,
I learned so much here, i am php programmer i want to return some thing to this community so i was thinking to develop a basic CMS for you guys easy to use as many of this community members have so many domains and they do not have websites. But i want to know what features it should have? so i try my best to include it in it for you !

If its not a good gift you guys can even tell or any other suggestions i will try my best if i can get some time from my work to do it for this community...

Im not quite sure what a basic CMS is. explain..

Basic CMS means, you can control all your contents from admin panel meta tags, and pages will be in HTML and their name would be like whatever you will write as title..... I know there is very very good cms joomla is available but it is quite difficult to use for a noob but again i asked for your suggestions as well...

i will love some like drupal with easy templating
