Just get outlook 365 for windows and set a rule to move all junk to your inbox. Outlook 2007 seemed to work well with rules. It cost about few dollars a month mail hosting.

it will work for one accounts, but if you want to do it with thousands, than you need a tool

OP, check myadtools, i guess he had this feature in his tools
i used it before and it worked fine
