I remember seeing some posts a while back looking for good ways to get customers to leave reviews.
There are decent software programs that can help - BUT...the best way is still just to ask...
I hired a company to sculpt some custom bobble heads for us and they arrived yesterday - right after they were delivered I got an email asking if they arrived and if they were everything I wanted - it literally arrived 20 seconds after I signed for the FedEx package so I am sure it is set to deploy right after the delivery confirmation fires - so I replied and said yes they were perfect...and this morning I received the following email:
Nothing fancy - just a simple "hey if you wouldn't mind leave us a review" email - and guess what? I left a review without even thinking twice.
This is a real life example of how simple/no bells and whistles still works very well.
Want reviews? Simply ask.
