I think you should start with learning a skill before talking about earning online. There is a lot you could learn out there for freelancing. Writing is quite easy to learn.

You don't have to be a superhero. You're here forum posting, can you also post to quora? Can you write blog comments? If so, there are people who are willing to pay you to do that. The pay will suck, but it'll be better than surveys.
Learn while you earn, develop those skills, raise your prices, then profit. Get yourself an Upwork account and hustle.
