if you can provide different different credentials then i can make a bot which will increase the plus automatically.

Like that being a give number of verified Gmail account / passwords?

I don't think this bot is out there yet. They don't have a public API for votes/publishing, and their private one is for big companies only.

2 options really for any tool that's worth an investment:

1. Buy packaged/off the shelf software
2. Have it built

Since this is not yet available, I suggest looking for bot developers. I believe there are several in this forum or you can go tonfreelancing aites like upwork.
