Hey, so over the next month I'm going to have some time, and I want to create a couple WordPress plugins to add to my resume.

If anyone has ideas on plugins they would like, but dont yet exist, post below, and I will chose one of them to work on.

The plugin will then be distributed free, so you, and anyone else who wants it can get it.

you're the wolf of social street... make a social link/click tracking plugin that doesn't drag a server to it's knees.
 
I've thought of so many but now when the question is posed I can't think of even one of them.
 
A plugin that shows a sidebar of your YouTube videos next the one you embedded, like how YouTube is displayed but on your own website with none of your competitors there.

BTW, if you read this and agree with someones post, plz thank them, and I will take that into consideration when i chose one to make. I like @dionysus idea, I have noticed that almost no wordpress sites are set up properly for social media shareing so I could make a plugin that makes that easier, and nicer.
 
A plugin that makes formatting text super easy. I mean things like word spacing, text shadows etc etc.
 
A plugin that does this:
-you drag an image from a website
-drop it on your wordpress post editor
- the image gets uploaded to your wordpress media library and stays in the exact stop where you put it in the post<==

Hello, I have been lost for about a month trying to figure this out. There are a few plugins but they are all super expensive so I can't afford them. What I need is a Plug in that:
Uses Custom Posts, Displays the Custom Fields in each post, Works with WP all import or any csv import program. Currently I'm working on the Price Guide for marvel war of heroes. I have every card in the game with the current price of the card in an csv file, but I can't figure out a way to import all the cards and display the custom fields I created into the post
 
Additionally, I would like to create a page that allows me to customize a search to organize and display the cards with custom fields. If there is already an easy way to deal with this, please let me know
 
How did this turn out? Did you create any plugins?

I am kind of shocked at the low turn out of plugin ideas, especially since you were going to then hand it out free.
