There is a program that is already made for this called: GribbleMail, google it, it's a great program.

And I felt bad about being a bit critical towards yet another one of these posts.
Hopefully the OP will actually come forward and create a tool for someone otherwise everyone here has just given him a bunch of paid for tool ideas like in every thread of its kind.

A tool that will querry up to 100 domain mail accounts and
tell me how many emails are in each
show a preview view of each to see just the subject titles
allow me to checkmark a bunch and delete them from server
arranged by domain ( so i can have multiple addresses per domain )
Eremove will do ONE mail account at a time
There is another product that checks multiple accounts
but it never works right ( fails to delete ) and the accounts
are not grouped by domain - they are random alphabetical.
Call it PostOffice or somthing cute like that
You could SO easily sell this if it works.

a "working" ( in quotes because alot out there dont work lol ) Delayed autoresponder that is capable of doing the following:
Using gmails and smtp emails
Use tokens in emails
Check emails every 5-10 mins
Send emails 5-10 mins after it recieves them
Add the email senders first name into the email (Ex. Hey {Token_firstname} so in the msg it says Hey Tom)
