Want a freelancer for WooCommerce Plugin Development

Hi,
I need a freelancer who can help me to build a woocommerce plugin.
This plugin is need for selecting shipping and add shipping address based on delivery method.
Part of the address need to pull from delivery partner API.
From the backend order details page, staff can send the order to the delivery partners system through API.
Other than this tracking, sending SMS based on woocommerce order status also need to add on the plugin.
