Hi everyone, its been long I somehow have been linked to BHW. I got into this geek world when I was 13 years old, now its been 5 years (tending to 6, almost 19 in few months). Last 2.5 years have been super inactive for me. And I look forward to covering the lost 2.5 years. What I regret is that, these days when I have to send my CV for various college activities, I see most of the crazy stuff that is listed on my CV is all from when I was 14-15 years old (like open source project, competitions, websites etc), where as not so important points are from when I was 17 18 (like being a part of the organising committee at a conference).I started with VB to make BOTS for Orkut, then came down to PHP and slowly to web development. But that is not what I want to be confined to. Being in 1st year college, I don't want to stick around to web development particularly and want to learn new stuff, and help others in whatever way possible as that would restrict my career options and also apart from career, I have noticed I don't like sticking to one field.I always want to "know it all". You could find me googling stuff like "universal test for edible plants in case of a survival situation" to "how do mail servers work" to "specifications of mobile" and various "behind the scenes stuff". I always want to know the background of common things we use in everyday life.I look forward to a pleasant stay in BHW and being an active member at the forum and contributing in any way possible. I would be searching my PC for some old things that I wrote 2-3 years back and posting them here. And why I said, self learning bug was because, I feel whatever I have learnt as of now, I learnt because I wanted to do that, and I googled it up or asked my tech friends to guide me. Inbox me for anything if you feel I could help you out with, or if you have some suggestions/guidance coming in for me. Thanks, bloodynoob
