wanna make clone of hasoffers

I am quite fascinated by an estimate that what kind of money is hasoffers making
it is at least 5million dollars a month

So if i build a clone of it. And offer at pricing which no other rival can offer.
then how much money can I make out of it.

Also anyone got any idea how much will that cost ?
