actually i dont know if i am posting in the right place or no...but as i am going to use it for assciatedcontent i am posting it here.

hey i am thinking of buying proxy, but dun know exactly how it works...and which one is d best one...
can i get any suggestions regarding this... and i would be highly appreciating if u can post the correct and easy/reliable method to use it...as i am completely new to it..i dun know anything
by the way i have proxy firewall software...whihc i think is very much helpful...all thanks to redtide for recommending it...
