Wallet Huge Problem

Hi,
I have a dpal and other doge wallets on my chrome extensions.
Here is my problem :
My hard drive destroyed with all my wallets phrases and passwords xD (I'm idiot i know)

I still can access to my dpall extension and my wallet already open there, BUT I CAN'T SEND OR RECEIVE !!

Any expert can fix that?

Since you still have access to your dpal extension where your wallet is open, try backing up your wallet now if the option is available. For sending or receiving without the phrases and passwords, it's tough. contact the wallet's customer support for guidance, they may have a recovery process for situations like yours. Although keep it mind without the recovery phrases or passwords, options are very limited.

Already contacted them on their email no response.

Imaging having access to the wallet but you can't make transaction.

I think the wallet itself needs the seed/PK to sign the transaction, so if you can’t recover the wallet with either of those I’m sure you’re able to access the coins.
