If you have the wallet.dat file and some passphrase hints, you're halfway there. You’ll likely need to use wallet recovery tools and try to brute-force the password based on those hints.
Oh nice, do you know legit and honest wallet recovery tools with high rates?
I do not want some hash cat dealing with.
Or John the Ripper thing.
Is it some recovery password with high rates results?

Then you’re out of luck, without the pkey or passphrase there’s really no other viable way to recover that wallet.
