If you have the wallet.dat file and some passphrase hints, you're halfway there. You’ll likely need to use wallet recovery tools and try to brute-force the password based on those hints.

Then you’re out of luck, without the pkey or passphrase there’s really no other viable way to recover that wallet.
 
You can't do anything without the keys. Ignore and move on.
 
I find the private key but unfortunately there is BIP 38 password I do not remember it at all.
