It's a potential nightmare tbh, you're giving someone 3 weeks to decide that they don't want your item because it arrived 'broken' (that means they dropped it 12 days after they received it) and they can file a chargeback at any time in those 3 weeks. eBay are stitching this up slowly but surely but they're pissing a lot of people off. I got an email from someone, who knows these things, saying that Amazon are fast catching eBay in the UK, they're far easier to deal with and don't fuck about with your payments for no reason.
