W-8BEN-E form for UK company

Hello,

3 weeks I try fill correctly, form of W-8BEN-E and upload to PayPal. Until today and with xx trys I can not fill corectly. Every time, PayPal can not accepted this form.

Is there anyone who can help me with this?

I sign to business account with my UK company where I am 100% owner and director. I live in EU so here I not find any problem.

This company will just sell digital goods as subscription on membership.



Please help me here to find fast solutions. If is possible, contact me by PM.

No, what about if not have?

(PayPal not provide any support via email/call for this form ...)

I am fairly sure you need it as the IRS has no other way of identifying you/your company.

On this form, I not see any option for entry TIN number.
Have somebody any sample for UK company.

If you asked for TIN, GIIN or Foreign TIN - I did not write nothing. I not have these numbers.?

Answer from PayPal:
"Thank you for uploading your W-8BEN-E form. Unfortunately, we were unable to accept the form you submitted as we noticed some selections were made that do not correspond with the selection made in Part I Section 5."

In section 5 I not tagged nothing. I not see any correct option for my UK company :/

You need to tick "International organization. Complete Part XIV." and then complete section 14.

In section 8, I think you should put your tax reference number (Foreign TIN) for whichever country you're resident in or the UTR for your company.
