Hi there,

I just want to double check with everyone how to make my profile look natural.

When it comes to nofollow/******** ratio, I've read that 60:40 is suggested. Do you think it raises red flags for google?

As for anchor text diversity:

- does it make sense to check competition's profile and imitate that?
- which tool would be best to check yours and competition's anchor text profile?
- is this a good anchor text profile:
  • 70% = Branded Anchors
  • 20% = Naked Link Anchors
  • 5% = Generic Anchors
  • < 5% = Partial Match Anchors
  • < 1% = Exact Match Anchors

Bonus question: Apart from website quality, is there anything else I need to pay attention to when checking my backlink profile?

I appreciate all your advice!

  • 70% = Branded Anchors
  • 20% = Naked Link Anchors
  • 5% = Generic Anchors
  • < 5% = Partial Match Anchors
  • < 1% = Exact Match Anchors

I prefer to use more generic anchors.
  • 60% = Branded Anchors & Naked Link Anchors
  • 35% = Generic Anchors
  • < 5% = Partial Match Anchors
  • < 1% = Exact Match Anchors
