I really recommend VPSLand.

Fast ticket support, 99.9% Uptime.

Their prices are low for what they offer.

I've been using them for 7 months now, and i've had no problems with them.

Cant post the link, just google; VPSLand ;)

I'll second that, I've had a VPS with them for a month or so and they're very quick to rectify any kind of issues that arise. if you're looking for a good VPS/Dedi than look no further.
 
i can't say whether vpsland are good, but reading most of the reviews on the net show they are not - they are cheap, but so is their support too
 
I can say that I've had a good experience with this host so far.
 
I had a VPSLand account, it sucked quite a bit. Super slow. Slow tech support. I wouldn't even use them again if the service was free.

They also charge your account early each month, for the next month, before the current month is even up.

On top of that, they make it hard to cancel. You have to e-mail them, and with the questions they ask, like "why are you canceling" and then they follow up with "are you sure you want to cancel" and then "ok, we're going to cancel your account, please confirm that this is what you wish, and please provide feedback so that we you know why you are leaving us", it took about 5 days to cancel my account, from the time I sent them the first e-mail, wishing to cancel.

They suck.
 
I have used VPSLand in the past. Despite the technical support lack of support, the control panel was sloppy and always broken. If your needs are simple and not complex they are fine for the price. If your looking to expand there are much better comparable options out there. Why a vps instead of a cheap colo?
 
The help sucks but the price is ok...

Make sure you get lots of RAM though coz my guess is if you choose low RAM your sharing with a LOT of other virtual users...

I've had customers that switched from VPSland and they have complained about their service too.
 
I have never had a problem. Support does take 2-12 hours, but I always have stuff to do in between.
 
vpsland is garbage...they stole the money I paid for extra IPs and never deliver...Customer service is garbage... Uptime was more like 85%...
 
Whoever started this thread is an owner or something . Worst company ever and their million bad reviews show that. I had to chargeback on them twice. They are lucky I wasn't PMSing and packeted them. I wonder what dirty third world country they are in
