So, I'm interested in getting a VPS but I was wondering how much bandwidth is used to maintain a VPS connection in an hour long session. I'm interested in running Photoshop or Gscraper in a Windows VPS.

Photoshop on vps? No way. Gscraper - yes.

Are you going to be using a VPS only for one hour long sessions, like once a day? If so, then you certainly dont need a VPS. A VPS is good if you are going to use round the clock. If you just want to want to use every now and then I would suggest you buy a cheap laptop and some proxies and have your SEO tools running from there.

A vps is not used for Photoshop etc, you use it for seo tools that run like gscraper, no hands seo etc.

Poweruphosting has really good service, stable and right now have a special going until end of the day -=- double ram

Not affiliated, just happy customer!

And like it was said before, if you dont need a lot to start, get a cheap computer and run it at home on dsl or better. As far as the bandwidth used to connect to a vps, depends on how much data you transfer -- in a hour I can transfer several gigs if that helps

Thanks guys! I was just wondering if I could actually use a VPS for something like Photoshop because it might be faster on a VPS then my PC. Seems like a VPS is best used for website hosting(a lot of traffic), bots, SEO tools like GScraper/Scrapebox, etc.
