If you're searching with Xrumer preinstalled I would not recommend, the software is obviously cracked so there will be a pain in the butt running it. Best option is to buy a VPS plus an Xrumer license.

Try bhsvps. They have vps with preinstalled xrumer. I have not used it but it should be good to test out xrumer if that is what you are wanting to do.
