This one might be out of your price range. Try deinserverhost if you find preVPS pricey.

are you trying to setup a bot for google play downlaods ? just forget about it , that was working back in 2016 lol.

if not then android emulator needs Virtual memory enabled which most vps and companies don't allows it .
